There’s no limit on how many people you can have on the program either, though each employee will be limited to 30 automatically detected trips per month. No. We do not sell or share your email or data with anybody. It is securely stored and only used for the purpose of providing our services to you. We may email you from time to time about product updates and resources, but you can opt out at any time.
In addition, employee data remains private to them unless they choose to classify it as work-related. Protecting driver data is of the highest concern, so any recording or sharing of data remains in the driver’s control. Everlance never records location data unless the driver enables location tracking in the application. For more details, please see our Everlance Business Privacy Policy.
Yes. Your company can have some employees on a FAVR program and some on a CPM program. Our goal is to offer multiple program options so you can assign each employee to the program that makes the most sense for them. Not all employees have to be on the same program.
You will still be able to manage all of your users and teams from a single management dashboard. All employees will also have the same access to our #1-rated mileage and expense tracking app and web dashboard.
Both CPM and FAVR are tax-free IRS programs. The right one for your team depends on factors such as how many employees drive for work, how many miles they drive and how geographically spread out they are.
